Dozens of crews responded to a fire in rural northern Kentucky that injured two firefighters Tuesday morning.
Seven residents—five adults and two kids—escaped after the house in Walton caught fire before 7:30 a.m., WLWT-TV reports. Officials said the fire started in a car outside and spread to the farm home, taking crews several hours to put out.
The injured firefighters suffered minor injuries, but they were taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital for treatment, according to WLWT.
